A woman in her mid forties from Central Kentucky who lost about 50 lbs who wanted the sag of her breasts improved.  She was an A cup prior to surgery, and wanted to be a D cup.  She elected to use 500cc silicone implants, and underwent a right nipplepexy with a left mastopexy with a lollipop incision.
