This patient, a 34-year-old woman, underwent breast augmentation at Commonwealth Plastic Surgery. Due to slight asymmetry between the two sides, Jared Nimtz, MD placed a 525cc implant and a 495cc implant in a submuscular position to address the difference in starting size.
