I have been seeing Dr Nimtz for 5 years and both him & his staff are excellent! The care provided exceeds expectations & everyone is so friendly and helpful! If I could give 100 stars I would!!
I am 26 and have always to feel better about myself. After a few years of deciding and financially how to navigate searching the right place every door opened for here. We went from an A cup to a small D. The entire process was calm and peaceful. I have sent several of my friends to Dr. Nimtz @ Commonwealth Plastic. Renee will make sure you are taken care of even through your entire recovery and walk through what’s best for you. She’s amazing! Which was a breeze I was so anxious and scared for nothing. I was such a baby in front of my fiancé for no reason haha! He was able to come back and wait until they took me back and I felt so safe around everyone. First time ever being putting to sleep. As a young adult growing & never having “bigger breast” they do not look unnatural to me or feel and will go back after I have kids! All my friends have amazing experiences too! Also had some tough lines in my forehead and we have softened them up. Best decision you can make is for yourself whatever that maybe <3

Absolute best place to go to! The staff are all friendly, informative and ready to help you step by step in your surgery process. Dr. Nimtz did a fantastic job on my augmentation and I would recommend him and his team to anyone!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jared Nimtz and his incredible staff at Commonwealth Surgery Center in Lexington. From the very first consultation through my surgery and recovery, I felt cared for, supported, and truly valued. What stood out most to me was that I never once felt like “just another patient.” Dr. Nimtz and his team took the time to really listen to me and understand exactly what I was wanting. Every question was answered with kindness, patience, and professionalism, and I felt completely confident in the decisions we made together. The entire process was seamless from the warm, welcoming staff to the level of comfort I felt on surgery day, and the attentive follow-up care afterward. I always felt heard, respected, and reassured. This experience has been life-changing for me, and I am beyond grateful to have had such a talented surgeon and compassionate team by my side. If you’re considering surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. Nimtz and his staff highly enough they are truly the best!

I couldn't have asked for a better surgeon than Dr. Nimtz and his team! Including his wife Renee! They are all fantastic. Made me feel very comfortable and helped me throughout the entire process of choosing what I wanted for ny breast augmentation. They made me feel like family! 🫶🏼 from the time I walked through the door for my consultation to my last appointment they attended to all my questions, wants and needs. I'd recommend them to everyone! Ill be back to see him in the future for anything else I may need or want! Thank you Dr. Nimtz and his team!!!

Dr. Nimtz and his staff are all kind and helpful. They made me completely comfortable before, during and after my Augmentation. Not only did they answer my millions of questions and helped me achieve and figure out my goals, they also gave me a personal number to text or call with concerns. Dr. Nimtz is the best plastics surgeon in town. Besides his exceptional skills his bedside manners are very rare to find. I am so pleased with the results of my liposuction. Go and see him you wont be disappointed.
Dr. Nimitz and his team have been incredible! From my consultation to surgery and follow ups I've always felt at ease. They even got me in on a Saturday to check out some stitches I was concerned about when I sent a text around 9pm on a Friday and they don't work weekends. Dr. Nimitz has been very strait forward about questions I've had and what he does or doesn't recommend for me and why. He's told me he doesn't think I need certain procedures I asked about and made sure that I was getting what I wanted for myself. They definitely care about you and what's best for you and not just booking another surgery to book it. I'm 2 months post op and so happy with my results! 20/10 recommend Nimitz and his team
