I can’t praise the entire staff enough for how amazing they are! They were patient, listened and provided great details helping me decide what implant was best for me. Dr. Nimtz was honest about what would work and what wouldn’t work for my body type. I’m so glad I listened! He did an amazing job and I am so pleased with results!!! No regrets 🙂

I’ve had two procedures done with Dr. Nimtz; a breast lift and later a tummy tuck with fat grafting and I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Dr. Nimtz is absolutely amazing at what he does. His skill, attention to detail, and calm confidence made me feel safe and supported every step of the way. What makes this office even more exceptional is that his wife works alongside him. Together, they make an incredible team. Mrs. Nimtz provides her direct contact information, and any time I had a question or concern, she responded quickly and thoroughly. The level of communication and care from both of them is unmatched. Both of my surgeries were wonderful experiences from start to finish. I felt informed, cared for, and genuinely valued as a patient. I will absolutely be returning to them for any future plastic surgery needs. Highly recommended!
I’ve had two different facial plastic surgeries by Dr. Nimtz and he’s amazing. I feel fortunate to have found a good surgeon just because someone is a plastic surgeon doesn’t mean they are any good. You can’t got wrong with Nimtz and he’s honest and cares about the results!
I had my first procedure done with Dr Nimtz a few months ago. The staff have been incredible through the whole process and have been with me every step of the way through my healing process. Surgery day was also a breeze. Couldn’t have made it without my amazing nurse Natasa! Couldn’t be more thankful for Dr Nimtz and his amazing team!

I am 26 and have always to feel better about myself. After a few years of deciding and financially how to navigate searching the right place every door opened for here. We went from an A cup to a small D. The entire process was calm and peaceful. I have sent several of my friends to Dr. Nimtz @ Commonwealth Plastic. Renee will make sure you are taken care of even through your entire recovery and walk through what’s best for you. She’s amazing! Which was a breeze I was so anxious and scared for nothing. I was such a baby in front of my fiancé for no reason haha! He was able to come back and wait until they took me back and I felt so safe around everyone. First time ever being putting to sleep. As a young adult growing & never having “bigger breast” they do not look unnatural to me or feel and will go back after I have kids! All my friends have amazing experiences too! Also had some tough lines in my forehead and we have softened them up. Best decision you can make is for yourself whatever that maybe <3
